How do you charge?
We charge per minute.  This means that for every minute your customer is on the phone with us, you are being charged.
How long have you been in business?

Answer Phone has been answering calls for over 30 years.  With our experience in the industry, you can know that your calls are being answered and handled correctly.  We know what we are doing and take pride in our longevity in the industry.

How do I get my messages?

You tell us!  We have a lot of options, like calling them over to you, patching calls through, texting them, paging you, emailing them, faxing, etc.

Can I have an on call schedule?
Yes!  No problem at all.  You can fax over on call changes and we can make sure they are handled.  Also, if you sign up to use our portal, you can change them directly in there.
How do I forward my calls?
Your account manager will walk you through all of this.  We promise it is easy though, your phone carrier has an option to forward your calls to another number, you just use the number we give you and then we answer your calls.
If my business grows, can I change my package?
Yes, you can change it at anytime.  Meaning you don’t think your package fits your needs…we can change it. We are here to make your life easier and running a business smoother, so just call us and we can recommend a different package.
Are you 24/7?
Yes!  We answer calls around the clock, rain or shine, holidays or normal day.  Answer Phone is always open and always answering.  We have backups for power outages or mother nature that we can’t control. 
How do I pay my bill?
Our billing department can schedule automatic payments with your credit card or bank.  We also accept check payments.
